Biography


Seven-time IndyCar Series race winner Ryan Briscoe rejoins Chip Ganassi Racing Teams (CGRT) in the No. 8 NTT DATA Chevrolet in 2014 after most recently competing in the 2013 Indianapolis 500 with the team in their fourth entry. Briscoe began his Indy car racing career in 2005 driving the No. 33 for Target Chip Ganassi Racing (TCGR) when it was a three-car team with Scott Dixon and Darren Manning.


The 2014 season marks Briscoe’s 10th Indy car racing season. The Australian has 111 Indy car starts, producing seven wins, 12 poles, 37 top-five and 60 top-10 finishes (2005-Present).
