Westbrook earned the new Ford GT’s first win at the wheel of the No. 67 Ford GT (IMSA) at Laguna Seca (Monterey, Calif.) in May. Thanks to a disciplined, commanding final stint and a strong start by co-driver Ryan Briscoe, Westbrook was able to reach the checkered flag on just one pit stop to the other teams’ two or three. Westbrook, who has more No. 1 qualifiers than any other driver in the global Ford Chip Ganassi Racing line-up, says he’d be a professional cook if he hadn’t made a career of racing.
