Brennan Poole competed in the NASCAR XFINITY Series as driver of the No. 42 DC Solar Chevrolet Camaro for HScott Motorsports with Chip Ganassi in 2015. At only 24 years old, Poole has amassed 216 wins and nine Championships in 24 different states.
Brennan's career began in the quarter midget ranks where he compiled 90 wins en route to becoming the 2002 National Champion. Following his quarter midget successes Brennan began racing asphalt legends all across the South. He was no stranger to victory lane winning 96 races in two years including the National Race of Champions, Humpy Wheeler 100 and Texas State Championship. Brennan’s passion to get better influenced his move to dirt modified cars in 2007.
Poole honed his driving skills on the Texas dirt tracks, winning seven times en route to capturing the Texas World Dirt Track Championship. With valuable experience on all types of surfaces he made the jump to asphalt late models in 2009.
Over the course of three years Poole would transcend Southern Late Model history winning 10 times and becoming the first driver in UARA-STARS (United Auto Racing Association – Southern Touring Asphalt Racing Series) history to win three consecutive races and six races in a single season. Brennan went on to become the 2011 UARA-STARS Champion, and a two-time series most popular driver.
During his 2011 championship campaign, Poole made his ARCA (Automobile Racing Club of America) debut winning in his first start at Salem Speedway with Venturini Motorsports. Poole has made 35 career ARCA starts amassing six wins at Salem, Pocono, Michigan, Elko, Springfield (dirt) and Kentucky with 18 top-fives and 27 top-10’s. He went on to finish third in the 2012 final standings while becoming the series Hoosier Speedway Champion.
